"Excellent staff and the homemade breakfast exceeded our expectations. The view of the mountains from our room was unbeatable. Check-in took around 15 minutes but the staff were very kind."
THE PROCESS STEP BY STEP
The system uses an authorized Google Business Profile connection to save your team time without blindly delegating the company's reputation.
With the owner's authorization through Google OAuth, the system syncs Google Business Profile listings and organizes incoming reviews in one structured view.
AI prepares a draft aligned with the business's tone and guidelines. An intelligent suggestion never means unrestricted automatic publishing.
Your team can review or edit the draft and authorize publishing. Sensitive cases are immediately referred to a person.
TWO MOMENTS IN THE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
Review Boost organizes Google review responses. Businesses needing more can explore post-visit follow-up using their existing tools.
Review collection, contextual drafts, approval modes and safety rules. This is the priority module, onboarded under controlled conditions.
Potential post-experience messages and neutral review requests, integrated with an existing CRM or system. Assessed case by case for provider, permissions and consent; not advertised as immediately available.
Review requests must not target only positive experiences, offer rating incentives or bypass channel permissions.
OPERATIONAL GOVERNANCE
Automation shouldn't treat every review the same way. Businesses must keep human decisions when a reply involves context, service recovery or a sensitive complaint.
Publishing and assistance are paused. The business retains manual control over subsequent actions on its listings.
The system suggests replies that a team member reviews and approves before they appear publicly on Google Maps.
In an authorized automatic mode, 1–2-star reviews and cases with sensitive terms require human review under the configured rules.
Official Google integrations and publishing require admin permissions and specific consent. Mode availability and settings are confirmed during onboarding.
BUSINESS PROFILE
Especially useful when timely, consistent replies require daily coordination: restaurants, cafés, accommodation, clinics and stores with an active Google Business Profile. We verify authorized access and current workflows before onboarding.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
Authorization takes place through Google's official process. We do not store master credentials or account passwords.
The business owner can revoke access at any time from Google's security settings.
Every approved or edited reply is recorded with timestamp and responsible user for team transparency.
